You're doing everything right. Nothing is working.

A 90-minute strategy session for experienced professionals who need to stop spinning and get clear on what to do next — and why.

One session. No package required. No long-term commitment.

For mid-career professionals who are stuck in a search that isn't working

Sound Familiar?

You've updated the resume. Rewritten the LinkedIn profile. Applied to roles that fit your background. Maybe you've reached out to former colleagues or started networking again.

And still — nothing is landing the way you expected.

It's not that nothing is happening. You're getting some responses, some interviews, maybe even a few callbacks. But you're not closing. Or you're not sure which direction to even pursue anymore. Or you're second-guessing choices you felt certain about three months ago.

The search is grinding you down. Not because you're doing it wrong — but because you don't have a clear direction. You're executing without a strategy. And that exhausts people fast.

You're not lost. You're just pointed in too many directions at once.

The Reframe

The problem isn't what you're doing. It's what you haven't decided.

Most career advice assumes you know where you're going. It just helps you get there faster — better resume, stronger interview answers, more LinkedIn activity.

But if the direction is off, none of that helps. You can execute perfectly on the wrong target.

What most people in a stuck search actually need isn't a tactic. They need to answer a harder question: what do I actually want from this next chapter, and what am I willing to do to get there?

That question doesn't get answered by sending more applications. It gets answered by stepping back, examining what's driving your search, and making a deliberate choice about where to focus.

That's what this session is designed to do.

Clarity about direction changes everything.

Without it, all the tactics in the world are just noise.

What this is

The Career Direction Reset is a 90-minute, one-on-one coaching session. It's structured, focused, and designed to produce a clear output — not a general conversation.

A diagnostic conversation We start by mapping where you are: what you've tried, what's worked, what hasn't, and what's creating friction. This isn't therapy. It's structured fact-finding.

A direction analysis We examine what you're actually optimizing for — stability, identity, compensation, flexibility, purpose — and whether your current search reflects that. Most people discover a misalignment they weren't aware of.

A reframe and redirect Based on the conversation, we identify what needs to shift — the target role, the approach, the story you're telling, or the criteria you're using to evaluate options.

A written action plan Before we end, you leave with a clear, written summary of your direction and your next 3–5 steps. Not a to-do list. A strategic framework you can actually use.

What this is not

Resume review I don't rewrite resumes in this session. We won't look at your resume together or revise your bullet points. If that's what you need, there are good resume writers who do that work.

LinkedIn profile help This isn't a profile audit. We won't work through your headline, summary, or activity strategy.

Job leads or referrals I don't have job openings, and I won't be making introductions. This session isn't a networking contact.

Interview coaching We won't run practice interviews or work on your answers to common questions. That's a different service with a different purpose.

Ongoing career coaching This session stands alone. One conversation, one output. If you want to continue working together after, that option exists — but it's not a requirement, and I won't push it.

Who this is for

✅ You've been searching for 60 days or more and feel like you're working hard without meaningful forward movement.

✅ You have real experience — 10, 15, 20+ years — and you're not starting over. You're trying to figure out what to do with what you've built.

✅ You're getting some traction — interviews, responses, conversations — but nothing is closing. Or you're not sure which opportunity type to even pursue.

✅ You've hit a wall with tactics. You've optimized the resume, refreshed LinkedIn, maybe talked to a recruiter. And you still feel stuck.

✅ You're willing to examine your assumptions. This session works best when you're open to the idea that your direction — not just your execution — might need to shift.

What you walk away with

A direction statement One or two sentences that clearly define what you're pursuing and why. Something you can say out loud in an interview, a networking conversation, or to yourself when you're losing momentum.
